Equipping by Backflowing - Oceanus grants the following effects: Crit Rate is increased. Each normal attack that hits an enemy and each skill cast grants a combo stack, when the combo stacks are full, stopped, or interrupted, a Ghost is generated briefly that continuously attacks the locked on enemy. The amount of attacks launched by the Ghost depends on the combo stacks. The attacks from the Ghost do not grant more combo stacks, its attacks deal Water DMG and DMG is increased based on the number of combo stacks consumed.
Detailed
Equipping by Backflowing - Oceanus grants the following effects: Increases Crit Rate by 10%. There will be a combo count which accumulates with every normal attack hit and skill casting. When the combo count stack is at max or the combo is interrupted or ends, a temporary Ghost appears on the battlefield for a short time, dealing a series of strikes to the locked-on enemy that is equal to the combo count stack. Combo count stops stacking while this Ghost attacks. When the remaining number of stacks are insufficient for the cost of the Ghost's attack, the remaining combos will be directly expended instead. Every hit landed with a normal attack strike increases the combo count stack by 1 while each skill casting or post-Extremity Dodge skill increases the stack by 5, up to a maximum of 20 stacks, with the attacks dealing Water DMG equal to 100% ATK. Increases Non-DoT DMG dealt from this effect by 6% for every 1 stack expended.

Tier 2 - Ups and Downs
Triggers Riptide each time a normal attack crits. The effect can trigger once every 3s.
Tier 3 - Conflux
Increases Water DMG dealt by the Mod by 18% for 3s when the Mod and a Tributary Ghost hit the same enemy within 0.3s. When Ghosts hit the same enemy within 0.3s, reduces the Water RES of the enemy hit by 12% for 3s.

Grants the following effects when triggering Dodge effect: When there are Tributary Ghosts on the field, tapping Dodge swaps the Mod's position with that of the farthest Ghost and triggers the Dodge effect. A new Tributary Ghost appears at the Mod's original position and triggers Tributary Flow.
