The Stitch: Thread: Expending 2 Silverthread marks deals Physical DMG equal to NaN% ATK in total, as well as slows the movements of enemies hit to 25% for 3s.
When Energy is full, hold down on the normal attack button to unleash Featherfall.
Featherfall: Expends all marks and deals Physical DMG equal to NaN% ATK in total to all surrounding enemies, then goes into Weaver state, and resets the CD of Spin On Edge and Shadowcut. During skill action, ATK increases by 5%. At the same time, ATK increases by another 0.5% for every 1 point of Energy over 100. This effect lasts until the Weaver state ends. The ATK boost from this effect is capped at 20% in total. When marks are expended due to Weaver, restores expended marks when the state ends.
Weaver: Depletes 1 Energy every 0.1s. Ends Weaver state when Energy falls to 0. When in said state, Dance On Edge, Silverdrop, and The Stitch are replaced by Spin On Edge, Shadowcut, and The Snare respectively. Use of Spin On Edge and Shadowcut does not grant the corresponding marks.
The Snare: Deals Physical DMG equal to NaN% ATK in total, and slows the movements of all enemies within range to 0% for 3.5s. CD: 12s.
Ultimate Skill

When not in Weaver state, Dance On Edge and Silverdrop are replaced by Spin On Edge and Shadowcut respectively and the CD of Spin On Edge and Shadowcut resets. When in Weaver state, Spin On Edge and Shadowcut are replaced by The Stitch: Edge and The Stitch: Thread respectively. Dodge effect can trigger once every 10 seconds.
Invisible String: Teleports right behind the locked-on enemy, dealing Physical DMG equal to NaN% ATK in total and slowing the movements of the locked-on target to 50% for 1.5s.

Hits landed on the enemy increase the Skill DMG of all team members by 20% for 12s.
Also deals Physical DMG equal to ATK × (1200% + 30.769% × Thoth's Ultimate Skill level), and Skillchain use increases all Attribute DMG dealt by all team members by 15% for 15s.

Tier 1 - Cipher
Tap the Normal Attack button within 3s of triggering Extremity Dodge with Dance On Edge or Spin On Edge to also unleash Invisible String. Increases the non-DoT Skill DMG of hits landed with Invisible String by 10%.
Tier 2 - Seal
Each use of Invisible String grants 1 Threadedge. Each stack of Threadedge increases Crit DMG by 4.5% and Armor Pierce by 3%, and effect stacks up to 7 times. Every hit from the enemy removes 1 Threadedge. Grants a full stack of Threadedge when in Weaver state, and hits from the enemy do not affect this stack count.
Tier 3 - Recitation
Tap the Normal Attack button within 3s of expending 2 marks to unleash The Stitch to also unleash Invisible String. Also increases Independent DMG by 50% when the stack count of Threadedge is at 7.
Blue - Wisdom and Knowledge
Tier 1 - Incantation
Increases the non-DoT Skill DMG of hits landed with Dance On Edge, Spin On Edge, Silverdrop, and Shadowcut by 7% when not in Weaver state. Increases the non-DoT Skill DMG of hits landed with Spin On Edge, Shadowcut, The Stitch: Edge, and The Stitch: Thread by 7% when in Weaver state.
Tier 2 - Erudition
Hits landed with Dance On Edge, Spin On Edge, and The Stitch: Edge also inflict the Featherblade mark on the enemy, while hits landed with Silverdrop, Shadowcut, and The Stitch: Thread also apply the Silverthread mark on them. Only 1 instance of each mark type may be present at any one time. 2s after the enemy is afflicted with 2 mark types, clears all marks and applies Armor Break on the enemy, reducing their DEF by 7% for 7s and slowing their movements to 75% for 3s.
Tier 3 - Intelligence
Increases the ATK of all team members by 30% if everyone's Crit DMG on the team has been boosted by more than 70% at the start of battle. Also increases the Independent DMG of all team members by 20% when in Weaver state.

Summary
Captain of the CORG Egregious Crimes Department's special ops team, no one can gather intelligence better than she can. Uses information warfare to avoid direct confrontation with criminals and thus minimize the harm done to civilians. With her top-level security clearance in CORG's Intel Department, it sometimes feels like she knows everybody's secrets. And she's not afraid to use them if someone is threatening to impede the progress of a mission. In fact, there's little she won't stoop to if it means getting the mission done.
